Noah Thompson and HunterGirl Performs Together with Sweet ...

American Idol star Noah Thompson called HunterGirl "boring" on Instagram

Noah Thompson learned the hard way that HunterGirl doesn't back down easily.

The American Idol 2022 winner jumped on the latest TikTok trend of calling out celebrities in various categories. With a video of the Instagram in Tugtok, Noah's name is the lucky lung, he judges a beautiful movie with Luck.

But the singer is "presence" suddenly the one who has occurred in his former life. After showing his photo from American Idol, a hand suddenly appears from the right side of the screen and cuts off part of Noah's head. "... and so," he added. Like other chosen celebrities, Noah kept smiling when he called the finalist of American Idol 2022, showing that he was joking. In addition, he began to laugh at the return of HunterGirl. Still, some American Idol fans think HunterGirl let Noah off the hook. "@huntergirlmusic I think a stupid war should be started between you all" added another.

Although there are rumors that the two have been talking for a long time, Noa said that they are just good friends. Speaking to Hollywood Life recently, Noah opened up about his friendship with HunterGirl (whose name is Hunter Wolkonowski) and explained how close the two are.

"Hunter and I came close to the end, probably starting in the top 10," Noah told the publication. "We have a side trailer and everything. We talk every day. We are there for each other. "

He continued: "Hunter and I are good friends - we've been good friends ever since, we've always been there for each other. You want them to do that. We are there for each other as well.

Noah Thompson has stood out since the start of the 2022 American Idol season. But it wasn't until he covered Rihanna's "Stay" that he made a name for himself on the ABC show. Now, the up-and-coming country singer is sharing the true story of how this cover shot her to fame.

It all started back in April when American Idol had its top 24 contestants. Noah just performed a "wobbly" duet and decided to go with a unique rendition of the R&B song. "It's not a song I normally do, but it reminds me of coming home because it's a song me and my girlfriend Angel sing," Noah said at the time. "Singing that song shows what I can do. I hope maybe that's what the judges want to see."

Not surprisingly, American Idol judges Katy Perry, Luke Bryan and Lionel Richie were drawn to his country version, putting Noah through to the next round. But Kentucky is apparently against it. In an interview with the Mountain Citizen newspaper, the American Idol 2022 winner revealed that the song landed on the show's radar after his best friend Arthur submitted it as part of his online audition.

The cover was also posted on Noah’s TikTok in June 2021, months before he appeared on Idol. “The producers had known that I could sing that so they kind of just came at me like ‘Well, why don’t you sing this song?’ I was like ‘No,’” he told the outlet. “I didn’t really want to sing that song in the first place at all because I barely [knew] that song. I just had to learn it as I went." Noah continued: “But once I got that part down, I think it was just unique for everybody to hear me sing a song like that.

That’s why now after the show ended, they kind of thought it would be a good idea to make a whole country version.” As American Idol fans may know, the singer officially released a studio version of “Stay” alongside a music video. "Thank you for all the love for #stay," she wrote on Instagram. Looking ahead, she is all set to release several songs in the near future. "I'm really looking forward to new music because I'm tired of singing the same old songs over and over again," he told the website. "But I'm excited to get down to business and really put some new stuff out there. I hope everyone likes it."
